Today, you have exactly one week left to register to Louna-Jukola at normal fee. To be accurate, the deadline is next Wednesday, May 13th, at 11:59 p.m., i.e. practically at midnight. So if you’re planning to participate but still haven’t registered your team, now it’s just the right time to react and fix the issue!
Entry fees are set according to certain dates. Even after next Wednesday’s threshold it is possible to get to the starting line, though at a higher fee. In case your team needs rental Emit cards, you must indicate the exact number of cards requested when making your entry.
In addition, all accommodation taking place within the competition centre and in schools as well as wind shelter places have to be booked and paid for by next Wednesday. The same deadline applies to club bus parking fees and places for campers and caravans. For booking accommodation and parking, there is no “extra time” like for entries at higher fees. All payments are done together with an entry or a reservation via online payment.
Login names and PIN codes have been sent via e-mail in November–December 2014 to those clubs and associations that participated in Kuopio-Jukola 2014. You can inquire your missing login name and/or PIN code via e-mail at info.2015@jukola.com.
We kindly ask new clubs and other associations to create a user account after registering into the enrolment system via login page. A new user account will first be acknowledged by the Jukola office, so depending on the number of requests it may take a while for you to get your login name and PIN code. Take enough time!
