Lappee-Jukola tasks are divided into 10 sections. When signing up, please inform which are you interested in.

 

Toimistovaliokunta – Office services takes care everything  happening in general info, staff info and on Jukola-stage. Handing out team material bags before the race and maps after the races are functions where multilingual staff is highly valued.

 

Viestintävaliokunta – Communications and media department handles Jukola’s communication channels (WWW, social media, press etc.). Good tasks for multilingual speakers available.

 

Areenatuotantovaliokunta – Audio and video production in event center. Screens, TV-broadcast, field audio.

 

IT-valiokunta – Information technology around event center and result services.

 

Kartta- ja ratavaliokunta – Map and course and everything happening in forest.

 

Kilpailuvaliokunta – Competition functions (Start, exchange area and finish)

 

Kenttä- ja huoltovaliokunta – Building and service functions takes care of building and demolition of the event center. Plenty of tasks also before and after the event.

 

Liikenne- ja turvallisuusvaliokunta – Traffic and safety section takes care of traffic control, safety monitoring and first aid functions.

 

Ravintolavaliokunta – Restaurant services, food, beverage and grills.

 

Talousvaliokunta – Financial, marketing and stakeholder relations.
