Important information for the GPS tracking teams:
The below listed teams have been chosen to wear a GPS tracking device on legs 2, 5 and 7. The teams indicated by the organizers are obliged to carry the GPS tracking device during the whole leg and the device must not be switched off at any point during the leg. The GPS tracking can be followed from the screen at the competition centre and through the links on the competition web pages. The organizer has the right to change the followed teams during the competition.
The GPS devices (a vest and a GPS tracking device) will be handed out to the runners in the GPS tent. The vests will be handed out starting 9.00 AM on Saturday and runners on legs 2, 5 and 7 should fetch their vests as early as possible before their leg. The runners must show their number bibs in the GPS tent in order to get a vest. Runners on leg 2 must fetch their vests before 11.30 AM. The vest has to be worn under the running top. The GPS tracking device will be put into the vest by the staff in the GPS tent before the runner enters the “Emit IN” tent. After finishing the runner has to return the tracking device and the vest to the staff at the “Emit OUT” tent.
ALL GPS DEVICES AND VESTS HAVE TO BE RETURNED TO THE GPS TENT IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE LEG!
