As earlier also this year you can follow Lahti-Hollola Jukola abroad via international web TV broadcast commentated by Linus Hoffman and Viljam Liljeroth. One broadcast includes both Venla relay from 13:45 (local time) to 17:20 at Saturday 16.6. and Jukola relay from 22:45 Saturday 16.6. to Sunday 17.6. 07:20. It can be purchased for 16 euros.
– Jukola is the most prominent annual orienteering event in Finland. We strive for increasing the popularity of orienteering and showing the high quality of the event even through TV broadcast. Hopefully, every swedish, norwegian ond other members of the orienteering family has an opportunity to follow Lahti-Hollola Jukola through web TV, expresses Mika Ilomäki, CEO of the Finnish Orienteering Federation.
On Friday there will be pre-Jukola broadcast from 18:00 to 19:00 with interviews and feelings from the event centre. Who are the favourites and what kind of Jukola are we expecting this year.
– We want to give the spectators something new from Jukola. We have our own interviewer and director, so we can provide info more than earlier. GPS and over 20 cameras provides us an platform that is easy to follow, tells Mikko Reitti, head off arenaproductions.
Purchasing a ticket code
Visa-, Visa Electron ja Mastercard cards, as well as PayPal, APE wallet and Mobile payment (call to a pay number) are accepted. All major Finnish banks can be used to purchase tickets: Nordea, Osuuspankki, SP, Nooa, POP, Aktia, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, S-Pankki, Ålandsbanken, Tapiola Pankki.
