Accommodation
There are several accommodation options available in the competition area, such as organiser-erected accommodation tents and standard tent pitches (size 10m x 10m) where you can pitch your own tent. The accommodation options are located in forest areas near the competition centre, about 300-1500 metres from the competition centre. Explore the accommodation area map via the link below.
Accommodation in the competition area
All accommodation within the competition centre must be booked and paid at the time of booking via the entry system. The accommodation booking system opens on 16th. of December 2025 at 18:00. After payment you can choose your preferred tent site on the map. Accommodation fees and price tiers can be found in the Event Invitation.
- Tent sites are located in forest areas near the competition centre and measure 10 m x 10 m. The tent areas are 300–1500 metres from the competition centre.
- The organisers have additionally reserved unheated accommodation tents erected by the organisers (16 persons per tent) for team use, which can be booked only by foreign teams until 15 January 2026. After that, any unreserved and released tents are available to everyone. The tents are located about 500–1100 metres from the competition centre. Accommodation tents are booked per tent.
- Foreign teams book the organiser-erected accommodation tents by email to and pay for the tents via the entry system no later than 7 May 2026.
Parking areas for motorhomes and caravans are located in the Kymi airfield area. Places are limited and allocated in order of registration. Places must be booked and paid in advance no later than 7 May 2026 via the entry system. Parking places with electricity for motorhomes or caravans are not available.

Wind Shelters & Club Tents
Places for wind shelters and club tents can be booked and paid via the booking system from 16th. of December 2025.
- Clubs and organisations can reserve a place for a wind shelter near the changeover and finish areas.
- There are about 300 wind shelter places. Clubs that enter at least four (4) teams (Jukola + Venla) have the right to reserve three (3) wind shelter places.
- All clubs and organisations that want a wind shelter place must reserve and pay for it via the booking system.
- Teams that placed in the top 25 at Mikkeli-Jukola 2025 in Jukola or Venla have the right to reserve a place among places 1–101.

Send the following information by email:
- property type (room, apartment, detached house, cabin, etc.)
- size and number of beds
- address and distance to the competition centre
- rental period
- price and what is included / additional fees (e.g. bed linen, breakfast)
- contact details (name, phone, email)
- 1–4 photos of the property
Listing fee: 50 € (administrative costs), invoiced before publication. Note! The lessor and the lessee agree on the terms between themselves; the organizer is not responsible for the rental. Please notify us when the property is booked, and we will remove the listing.
